These Vanilla Blueberry Overnight Oats are one of my go‑to breakfasts for busy mornings. Creamy, slightly sweet, and packed with nutrients, they give me the perfect balance of protein, fiber, and healthy fats to start my day strong.
Rolled oats and chia seeds provide sustained energy and fiber to keep you full, while cacao nibs add antioxidants and crunch. The scoop of lean vanilla protein helps support muscle recovery and keeps your protein goals on track — especially helpful when you’re training consistently. Blueberries add natural sweetness, vitamins, and more fiber.
I often meal prep the dry mix at the beginning of the week and add the milk and vanilla the night before. These oats store beautifully in the fridge for up to five days, so you always have a nutritious breakfast ready to go.
Benefits:
✔ High in protein (from lean protein powder)
✔ High in fiber (oats + chia + blueberries)
✔ Great for hormonal balance and blood sugar support
✔ Easy grab‑and‑go meal prep
