Hello beautiful souls!

Are you ready for Fall in a cup?!? As soon as the weather turns I start to crave this deliciously tasty pumpkin pie greens smoothie. It's quick and easy to just throw together before I run out the door PLUS it has 1/4 cup of oatmeal in it that really helps me stay full for a long time!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

> 1 cup full fat coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

> 1 handful mixed greens

> 1/4 cup organic old fashioned rolled oats (raw)

> 1 medjool date (remove the pit!)

> 3-4 Tbsp canned pumpkin puree

> 1 heaped teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

> 1 serving of your favorite protein powder (I use Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides!)

> 1 tsp vanilla

> 1/2 frozen ripe banana

> 2 cups ice (I like a thick smoothie! Use less ice if you don't!)

Instructions:

1. Throw all the ingredients into your blender and mix it up! Add to your favorite cup and enjoy!

2. For an extra little treat mix up some coconut whip cream to add to the top. Scrape some of the coconut cream from the top of the full fat coconut milk can and add to a bowl. Then add 1-2 tsp 100% pure maple syrup and mix until it's thick like whip cream and add to the top of your smoothie!

3. Enjoy!
