You might be thinking... what is the point of mantras and affirmations in the first place? Why do I need to say them. So I'm going to let you in on a little secret...
What you think MATTERS! The language that you use MATTERS!!! You see what you focus on... you attract!
For instance if you are constantly telling yourself things like:
"Life is hard." "I'm so broke." "I can't afford to do x,y,z." "There are no good men out there." "I hate my job."
Then guess what?!? Your life is going to be hard, you're going to stay broke, you aren't going to be able to afford things, find a good man, or work a job that you love. WHY? Simply because you are constantly shutting down the possibility of doing, being or accepting a different reality.
The good news... If you stop the negative talk and you start telling yourself AMAZING, empowering, positive thoughts even when your present reality might not reflect that... you will start to call in those positive, amazing, incredible things into your life.

Pro Tip: Put them on post-it notes and leave them around your house. Put them on your mirror in the bathroom or on your rearview mirror. Say them out loud. Say them with conviction. Write them down at night before you go to bed and watch your life start to open up in ways that you could never have imagined! ✨
