This chocolate peanut butter smoothie was EXACTLY what I needed! It is salty but a little sweet, thick, and crunchy... DELICIOUS!

This is a MUST to curb your sugar cravings, balance your blood sugar, AND hit your protein goals!!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

> 1 serving @tropeaka Rich Chocolate The Healthy Meal Shake protein

> 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (more if needed to blend smoothly)

> 1 large handful of mixed greens

> 1 medjool date - remove the pit (OPTIONAL)

> 1 TBSP peanut butter

> 1 TBSP unsweetened cacao powder

> 1 TBSP raw hemp seeds

> 1 TBSP chia seeds

> 1/2 frozen banana

> 1 cup ice

Toppings:

> 1 TBSP peanut butter

> Sprinkle of cacao nibs

> unsweetened coconut shavings

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
