This is my absolute go to dressing and I put it on everything. Nourish bowls, salads, grilled chicken, roasted veggies. I even use it as my barbecue sauce because traditional barbecue sauce is loaded with sugar and this one gives you all that tangy delicious flavor without it. It works as a dressing, a dip, a marinade. Once you make it you are going to want to keep a jar of it in your fridge at all times. I hope you love it as much as I do!


High Protein Chocolate Baked Oats




ACV Dressing
Ingredients:
> 1 TBSP olive oil or avocado oil
> 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
> 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
> 2 tsp dijon mustard
> Fresh herbs: rosemary, thyme and oregano -chopped
OR use 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir well and add to all your favorite things!
