And remember… eating sweets ISN’T going to ruin your progress. It’s about finding balance and for me that meant slowing down and being mindful when I was eating. No more eating an entire bag of Milano cookies before I realized I couldn’t even taste them anymore and felt sick to my stomach.
PRO TIP: Slow down when you are eating. Savor and appreciate your food and the way it tastes. Do not eat while you are watching TV or on your phone. Practicing mindful eating and staying preset with your food and the company you are with is important for your weight loss goals. Did you know that slowing down while you’re eating and becoming more mindful matters especially when it comes to weight loss?
