Yesterday you got clear on your vision. You saw your perfect day, you felt it in your body, and you wrote it all down. You know what you want and you are starting to believe it is possible.

So now I want to ask you something. Is it your body that is holding you back from believing you can actually have it?

Because for so many of us the answer is yes. We carry so much guilt, shame, and resentment toward our bodies. We tell ourselves that we will finally feel confident, worthy, or deserving of good things once our body looks a certain way. Once we lose the weight. Once we tone up. Once we stop looking so tired.

But here is the truth that I want you to really let sink in today.

This body is the only home you will ever truly have. She has carried you through everything. Every hard season, every late night, every moment of joy, every heartbreak. She has shown up for you even when you have been her biggest critic. And she deserves so much more than the blame and shame we pour onto her every single day.

Today I want you to do the EFT tapping practice I created for you. This practice is specifically designed to help you start shifting the deeply rooted beliefs you carry about your body. Not to motivate you to change her. But to help you finally make peace with her. To start seeing her as your partner instead of your problem.

When you are done, take a few minutes to sit quietly, take some deep breaths, and let whatever came up just be there without judgment. Then open your journal and work through these prompts.

  • What feelings or thoughts came up during the tapping?

  • Where in your body do you tend to carry the most shame or criticism?

  • What is one thing your body has done for you lately that you have never stopped to say thank you for?

  • What habits are no longer serving me that I need to let go of?

  • What relationships support my future and my dreams? And what relationships are holding me back?

  • What thoughts do I have that are keeping me from moving forward?

Once you have worked through these, I want you to write down one thing you are committing to releasing. It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be honest. Because the moment you decide you are no longer available for the things that dim your light, everything starts to shift.

You already know what you need to do. You just needed permission to finally do it.

Go slow. Be gentle with yourself. And remember, every small shift adds up. 💛
