Open your journal and take a few minutes to write freely on these prompts:

✧ What is a belief I have been carrying that might have started with someone else's words or experiences?

✧ Where did I first learn that belief? How old was I?

✧ Is that belief actually true? Or is it a story a little girl told herself to make sense of the world?

✧ What would I choose to believe instead if I knew I got to decide?

Today we are going to go a little deeper because before we can truly move forward, it helps to understand where some of those beliefs that have been holding you back actually came from.

Before you dive into today's challenge, I want you to start with the guided visualization. This one is going to gently invite you to look back at some of the stories you picked up earlier in your life. The things you were told or the things you witnessed as a little girl that your young, still-developing brain took in as absolute truth.

Maybe someone told you that you were not smart enough. Maybe you grew up hearing that money was always a struggle. Maybe the message was that life is hard and you just have to push through. Maybe you learned that your worth was tied to how you looked or how much you achieved. None of those stories belong to you. They were never yours to carry.

When you are done with the visualization, come back here and let's get to work.

I hope you are starting to feel the shift already. You have seen your vision, you have done the body love work, and you are releasing what no longer serves you. That is not small. That is brave.

Now here is where we get actionable because awareness without action only gets us so far.

I love this reminder: you don't have to know everything about the mountain in front of you to take the next step. You just have to be willing to take it.

So instead of asking yourself "how am I going to get to my big goal?" I want you to ask yourself this instead:

"What is the ONE next step I can take right now to start moving toward the life I want?"

Here are some examples of what that might look like:

✦ What is one belief I can start challenging this week?

✦ What is one small habit I can add to my day that would make the version of me I am becoming feel proud?

✦ What is one thing I have been putting off because I didn't feel ready or worthy enough?

You are not going to get there by doing everything at once. You are going to get there by doing one small thing consistently and then another and then another. Small actions done with intention over time will always outperform a big dramatic overhaul that burns out in two weeks.

So for the rest of this challenge I want you to stay focused on the next step. Just the next one. That is enough. You are enough. 💛
