What do you see, feel, and smell? How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? What does your day look like from beginning to end? Who is in it? Where are you?

Can you believe you are actually doing this? You said yes to yourself and here you are on Day 1. That alone is something worth celebrating!

If you want to take your vision even further, create a Pinterest board to go alongside your journal. Title it something fun and inspiring and start pinning images and quotes that match what you saw in your visualization. Make it a ritual to scroll through it whenever you need a reminder of what you are working toward. Let those images and feelings seep deeper into your subconscious every single time.
