Once you are done, come right back here because THIS is where we go even deeper.
First, let's look back. Think about the moment in your visualization when you pictured feeling most like yourself... happy, free, alive. When was the last time you actually felt that way in real life?
What was going on in your life then? Who was around you?
What changed? What pulled you away from that version of you?
Now, let's look forward. Get your perfect day all out on paper before it fades. Grab a journal or notebook that feels special to you and write down everything you saw, felt, and experienced... what you did for work, how your body felt, who was there, where you were. Don't edit yourself. Just let it flow.
Then finish here: What is ONE small baby step you could take this week to start moving toward that vision?

Before you watch the guided visualization I created for you, take a few minutes to create a little space just for you. It doesn't have to be anything fancy... maybe a folded blanket to sit on, a plant nearby, a few crystals you love... just somewhere that feels calm and like it's yours.
This space isn't only for today. Come back to it anytime throughout the day when you need a few minutes to breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Once your space is ready, sit down, close your eyes, and take a few slow, deep breaths to get centered. When you feel ready, press play.
Let yourself dream without limits.
Can you believe you are actually doing this? You said yes to yourself and here you are on Day 1. That alone is something worth celebrating!

This is your vision. This is what you are calling in.
I love this quote: "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is NOW."
If you want to take your vision even further, create a Pinterest board to go alongside your journal. Title it something fun and inspiring and start pinning images and quotes that match what you saw in your visualization. Make it a ritual to scroll through it whenever you need a reminder of what you are working toward. Let those images and feelings seep deeper into your subconscious every single time.
You are worthy of every single thing you just saw. All of it. 💛
