Before you begin your reset, there's something important I want you to know.

Showing up for yourself is the one non-negotiable in this program. Not perfectly. Not every day without a hiccup. Just honestly and consistently, in whatever way you can.

Here's how this program is designed:

The Self Love Reset runs Monday through Friday, with the weekends as your built-in rest and integration days. Each weekday you'll have a new daily reset waiting for you. The weekend is yours.

That said, I always encourage you to use the weekend however feels good. Maybe you want to catch up on something you missed during the week. Maybe a tapping session really moved something in you and you want to revisit it. Maybe a workout felt amazing and you want to do it again. Maybe a journal prompt cracked something open and you want to sit with it a little longer. The content is yours forever, so nothing is going anywhere. Come back to anything, anytime. 🌿

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ You won't feel like meditating or tapping every single day.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ You may get sore.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ It will be tempting to push your daily reset to "later."

And that's okay. That's human. What matters is that you come back.

This program is called a reset for a reason. It's designed to shift something in you. To gently push you out of your comfort zone so you can start creating real, lasting change in your life.

But showing up for yourself also means treating yourself with kindness along the way. 🌿 Speaking kind words about your body. Thinking compassionate thoughts about where you are right now. You are not here to punish yourself. You are here to love yourself.

If you fall off, just pick back up the next day. A rest day is not a failure. Missing a day is not the end. The only way you don't finish this is if you stop coming back.

Keep going. No matter what.

Every time you show up for yourself, even when it's hard, you are building self-worth. You are keeping a promise to yourself. And that is where real confidence is born.
