-Nope! You can access this program from anywhere in the world!

-All module content is housed online on Teachable! Upon enrollment in the program you will receive more information about how to access program content!

* How long is this program?

-This program is 12 weeks long. New training videos will be released every week. This program is self-paced however I highly recommend staying up to date so that you can get the most out of the group coaching calls!

-No worries babe! You don't need to know what foods are causing unwanted side effects! Within the 12 weeks you will gain more knowledge about YOUR body and what foods feel best for you! You don't have to know everything! Just stay curious and be willing to dig a little bit deeper!
